Refund Policy

1. Overview

TradeStats is operated by Graf Consulting GmbH, Keplerstrasse 105/4, 8020 Graz, Austria. All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions.

2. Subscription Plans

TradeStats offers monthly and annual subscription plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with TradeStats. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: You are entitled to a full refund for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (right of withdrawal). No explanation is required.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures that prevented you from using the Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data is preserved and accessible on the free plan

7. Free Trial

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was collected.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service that led to account suspension
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results (TradeStats is a journaling tool, not a trading system)
